Hello! I’m so sorry for having to reach out in this way... I just wanted to make sure you receive this message, as it seems my note in the latest class report might have gone unnoticed. I’ll be going on an important trip and, unfortunately, won’t be available to teach from November 1st to November 7th. I truly apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, especially since Ray already has classes booked on November 1st, 3rd, 6th, and 7th.
