The scheduling for today's lesson was quite hectic and caused you some trouble—I sincerely apologize! It seems another student needed to request a leave, so the customer service first canceled our 1:30 PM lesson. Then, realizing the mistake, they suddenly scheduled us for 2:00 PM. When it turned out you couldn’t adjust to that time, it was changed again to 2:30 PM. Finally, we managed to have the lesson with you! My child really enjoys your classes, and that’s wonderful! Thank you so much, teacher. We look forward to continuing with more of your lessons in the future.
